- Foster enduring relationships with our current clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Guide customers through the migration process from license and maintenance agreements to our new cloud-based software solutions.
- Ensure customers are deriving value from payment processing functionality in collaboration with payment processing partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client transitions and to provide feedback on client needs and experiences
- Develop tailored strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention
- Educate and support clients on the full capabilities of our cloud solutions, enhancing their experience and optimizing their operations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, using CRM tools like Salesforce to track progress and identify opportunities for additional support
- Participate in client meetings, webinars, and workshops to stay connected and address any client concerns or questions
- Regularly update clients on new features and enhancements to our software, ensuring they leverage the full potential of our solutions
- Ability to manage stress and anxiety levels in complex and fast paced environments
- 5+ years of experience (ideally) in customer facing role, preferably account management or customer success in the software or governmental sector.
- Proven track record of maintaining and growing client relationships
- Strong understanding of cloud-based software solutions and their implementation in a municipal context
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders
- A proactive and empathetic approach to client service
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel occasionally (20% of the time) for client meetings and presentations
