- Provides technical, administrative, and operational management to assigned projects or task(s), including contract and subcontractor management
- Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, schedules and task order and administrative reporting
- May perform high level technical services on assigned task(s)
- Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload
- Manages risk tracking process
- Attends customer meetings and may serve as client liaison
- Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff and stakeholders
- Coordinates development of deliverables and products
- Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned
- Federal experience supporting financial application development, Operations & Maintenance, migration and modernization
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies.
- Ability to work well under pressure and effectively manage competing priorities.
- Anticipates future customer, industry, and business trends and applies this understanding to complex problems to meet project objectives.
- As appropriate, challenges the validity of given procedures and processes with a view toward enhancement or improvement. Analyzes information and situations and implements actions independently and or through the management team, to ensure project objectives are met.

- Comprehensive knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures used in Project Management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project, SharePoint, JIRA, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Timeline/schedule driven
Bachelor’s Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
- 10+ years of Project Management experience
- 5+ years of experience with Agile and Waterfall projects
- 5+ years of experience with SharePoint, JIRA, and MS Project or related toolsets
- Industry Standard Project Management Certification such as PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM,
- US Citizenship or LPR for at least 3 years
- Washington DC, Falls Church, Virginia or Philadelphia, PA
- Up to 10%. Travel may include attending in person client meetings and project discussions as needed.
