This position will directly contribute to the transformative growth within the Intelligent Infrastructure division.The Senior Product Manager works within the technology and architecture organization and is critical to manage our product portfolio through the full lifecycle. Product managers collaborate with business leaders, customers, system architects, and the design team to define and manage the direction of our products while ensuring that Jabil continues to provide world‑class systems and solutions.What will you do? -Responsible for gathering customer Hardware, Firmware, and Software ecosystem requirementsOwns the detailed Product Requirement definitionThe principal responsibilities are:Collaborates with customers (internal or external) from requirements gathering through production and sustainingDocuments changes to product requirements and plan throughout developmentEngaged with business owners to build out target product costsOwns sales-enablement documentation in conjunction with Sales and Engineering for new product launchesSubject-matter expert that can present to individual customers or at industry consortiumsPlans end-of-life activities, working with the sales and business teamsCommunicates product roadmap and portfolio differentiation to customers and technology partnersRepresents the voice of the customer at the project Core TeamDevelop relationships directly with customer product teams including hardware and software design, marketing, field services, production test, supply chain and operationsCommunicates project objectives in terms of overall strategic business objectivesDevises creative solutions to critical customer and user needsUnderstands competitive landscape to influence and optimize product cost targetsMaintain clear understanding of both the internal and external requirements, e.g. technologies, cost targets, communication channels/tools, supply chain ownership, volumes, timelines, tooling requirements etc.How will you get here? –Education:Bachelor’s Degree is requiredExperience:Strong knowledge of Networking switch products, system requirements, core platform development process including product management aspects of hardware and firmware8- 10 Years of Product management and/or product development experience is requiredExperience with product lifecycle managementExperience with customer interface is a mustKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:Knowledgeable of data center infrastructure/environments including cloud computing.Ability to be an analytic and decisive decision makerDemonstrated ability to lead teams across multiple ambiguous and complex projects.Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive communicator.Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative approach to technical product management.Knowledge of the customer – product development, organization, and processes.Knowledge of current end-market and market trends – product, technologies, customer requirements, competitors.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers, sales, and technology partnersAbility to travel up to 10% or as neededPreferred Qualifications:Degree in Business Management, Information Technology or Engineering preferredHardware and Software knowledge is a plusFamiliarity with market and Technology trends, is preferredAnnual comp range: $127,300/ $178, 200/ $229, 100Target annual Bonus: 20%The pay range for this role is $127,300 - $229,100.
