- Answers phone calls utilizing the appropriate phone etiquette and, providing price quotes and other information.
- Provides high level of service to retail and internal guests.
- Fill orders from stock when possible.
- Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary authorizing the transaction with a purchase order number.
- Makes sure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair order.
- Sets up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
- Oversee flow of the Quick Lane
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
- Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Automotive parts knowledge required
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record

- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Willingness to complete background check
