- Lead a variety of surface water and water resource projects, including H&H modeling, FEMA studies, ADMS/P, and more
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship to engineers and project teams
- Review and approve engineering calculations, reports, and construction documents
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and scopes of work from kickoff to delivery
- Drive business development and support client relationship growth
- Participate in marketing efforts and actively pursue new opportunities
- Conduct QA/QC reviews of modeling, drainage, and design documents
- Represent the firm at community and industry events
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required)
- Arizona Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM), or ability to obtain within 6 months
- 10+ years of experience in water resource engineering, including leadership and business development
- Strong understanding of H&H modeling, FEMA regulations, drainage planning, sediment yield, and transportation-related stormwater systems
- Proficiency with FLO-2D and other modeling tools
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and technical writing skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and satisfy client goals
- $140,000 – $160,000 base + bonuses and overtime
- Hybrid work schedule (1–2 days/week from home)
