
Machine Operator/CNC Manufacturing Technician

What You'll Do:Set up and adjust machines based on blueprints and instructions.Set up and operate a range of machines, including CNC machines, lathes, millers, drills, grinders, cutters, borers, and presses.Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary corrections promptly and competently.Align and position templates, controls, cams, or gears to adjust feed rates, angles, cutting speeds, and depths.Inspect finished products to ensure quality.Choose tools and parts needed for production.Restart equipment after power outages or interruptions.What You Need:High school diploma or GED required.3+ years of Machining experience needed, including your most recent position.Hands-on experience with CNC machines. Programming experience not required but a huge plus!Technical Know-How: Capable of performing machine changeovers and adjustments with precision and efficiency on all machines.Ability to read and understand instruction guides, blueprints and technical documents.Strong math skills to calculate dimensions and tolerances.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and machine maintenance.Experience with coolant and cutting oils is a plus.Salary/Benefits: $20 - $24/hour (depending on experience) PLUS a shift differential of $1.50 to $2.50/hr.
