You must have leadership experience at a school.PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENT: The successful candidate will be required to complete fingerprinting through an approved fingerprinting vendor and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, within 48 hours of offer acceptance.POSITION SUMMARY: This position provides instructional leadership across the District, supervision and oversight for student services, and grant sourcing.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:Support secondary schools with programming and instruction with heavy emphasis on career connected learning, and career pathways development.Support elementary schools with instruction, coach support, and student services.Professional development planning, implementation and tracking for the district.Lead Induction and Mentoring program including induction plan development and monitoring for principals, teachers and SSPs, support mentors, provide educator effectiveness training, provide principal support with COMPS/RANDA.Lead the High-Impact Tutoring program.Hire and Supervise direct reports: 21century coordinator, early learning coordinator/PKdirector, assessment/ student data position, school health professional(s), Multilingual Learner coordinator and career connections coordinator.Oversee Curriculum and Instruction districtwide.Supervise district Assessment program and data collection.District Strategic Planning and Innovation in collaboration with the superintendent.Student services which includes Preschools/UPK program, 504 district coordinator, Title IX-Coordinator, Gifted and Talented, and MTSS.DAC district liaison.Serve on various task force and community teams.Write and Manage grants.Supervise and assist with management of the Rural Coaction (“Clearly Grand”) work.District lead for Youth Connections, manage grant funds, Learner Profile implementation.Consolidate applications (title programs).Collaboration with IT for Ed Tech.Homebound Instruction Coordinator.Collaboration with Clear Creek Schools Foundation.Teaching and Learning website development and maintenance.Informal Instructional Coach - Secondary.EDUCATION AND TRAINING: Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred. Experience as an instructional coach and in curriculum design.EXPERIENCE: Minimum 7 years in education.KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:EXPECTATIONS:Is flexible.Has the ability to work cooperatively with supervisors and co-workers.Has the ability to understand and follow complex oral and written instructions.Has the ability to perform responsibilities without the necessity of close supervision.Has the ability to effectively communicate with the school and school District community as well as the public at large.Has the ability to meet attendance standards and work the hours necessary to perform the essential functions of the job.Maintains a generally positive attitude.Observes all District policies and procedures.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS: A valid teacher license from CDE.WORK ENVIRONMENT: The noise level is typical of a school district.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Frequent sitting, bending, reaching; stooping, squatting.
