- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the Americas region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and initiatives.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand product adoption and increase customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Product Management, to align sales strategies with customer needs and market trends.
- Actively monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business reviews to key stakeholders, showcasing the value proposition of WebPros' products and solutions.
- Effectively manage sales pipelines, forecast accuracy, and reporting requirements using CRM tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluent in English, Spanish (required), and Portugese (preferred), with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B software sales environment.
- Experience in selling web hosting, SaaS, or IT infrastructure solutions is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
