As a Part-Time Building and Grounds Fix-IT Pro / Maintenance Worker,
  • Keep the facility safe, tidy, and in working order.
  • Respond to occupants' requests for service and maintenance.
  • Make sure that electrical systems are in safe and working condition.
  • Stay current on safety measures for fire, carbon monoxide and other alarms.
  • Paint and fix up parts of the building or facility that may be in disrepair.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 1 - 3 years prior Housekeeping, Custodial, and/or Maintenance required.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • A compassionate, team-oriented mindset
  • Boiler's License preferred.
  • Valid MN Drivers License required.
  • Must be 18 years old or older.
