- Candidate should have experience performing a wide range of electromechanical assembly with demonstrated skill cabling systems, connecting and torquing large and small assemblies
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
- Ability to work independently and to perform work in alignment with ISO9100
- Ability to work to verbal direction from engineers and with minimal documentation.
- Interest in solving new product development challenges and working jointly with Product Management and Engineering to build solutions – ability to verbalize production issues and recommendations to engineering
- Willingness to work outside as required in non-ideal conditions while upholding quality and safety principals and without supervision
- Capable of “out-of-the-box” problem solving
- Ability to check BOMs, manage inventory levels and plan workload in conjunction with Planner
- Ability to look up drawings, TDAs, ECOs and specs within Agile.
- Understanding of the overall production lifecycle and shipping requirements to be able to make informed decisions regarding personal and team job prioritization.
- Can train and guide others in the proper assembly procedures.
- Knowledge and ability to work on multiple product lines.
- Assembly operations may include tasks such as drilling, reaming, burnishing, and tapping
- Knowledge of crimping and pull testing of crimps.
- Assembly will require use of online manufacturing documentation, following sequenced online instruction, and maintaining production record books on-line.
- Knowledge of bills of materials (BOM) structure and ability to read and interpret assembly and schematic diagrams required

- High School diploma and 8+ years of manufacturing experience
- Ability to lift heavy objects, work on vehicles and on large gantry structures required.
- Comfort working at heights from a ladder or manlift
- An enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude thriving in a rapidly evolving environment.
