- Address and resolve challenging analytical problems, supporting various teams within the organization including Operations, Revenue Management, FP&A, and Accounting.
- Collaborate closely with operations leaders to analyze complex data scenarios, offering direction and support on data-driven decision-making
- Assist in ongoing operations analytics forecasting, database development, and long-term strategic planning.
- Manage monthly and quarterly reporting, communicating insights to senior management and other stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in Data or Financial Analytics with a track record of success. Experience in Real Estate not required.
- Requires strong technical acumen with proficiency in Excel, SQL, AND PowerBI. Experience in various coding languages, VBA, or other platforms are a positive, but not required.
- Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Excellent business writing and communication skills.
- Expected base salary of $90,000- $110,000. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
