A leading owner-developer in the mission critical space is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the next phase of a large-scale data center development in Boston. The company is known for its collaborative culture, strong employee investment, and a pipeline of work that will span the next 5+ years.As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of a flagship data center project in Boston, with additional oversight of future phases and projects in the region. You'll collaborate closely with internal engineering teams, subcontractors, and business stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, budget, and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage subcontractor contracts, procurement, schedules, and closeouts.
  • Oversee and mentor Assistant Project Managers and junior staff.
  • Track costs, resources, and progress, providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and project security protocols.
  • Use MS Project, Procore, and Microsoft Office to track project progress and reporting.

  • 2-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction, engineering, or architecture.
  • Proven success managing full project lifecycle including buyout, contracts, schedules, and closeouts.
  • Experience leading or mentoring junior team members.
  • Based in Boston or able to work onsite full-time.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and Procore.
Preferred:
  • Background in data center, healthcare, lab, or other complex commercial builds.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • PMP certification (preferred, not required).
