Franciscan Health Orthopedic Hospital Carmel10777 Illinois St Carmel, Indiana 46032The Supervisor Patient Access is responsible for monitoring employee performance, supporting daily staff functions, overseeing the integrity of data collection while facilitating the process of revenue cycle management, maintaining compliance standards, and preparing reports. This position works with medical staff, revenue cycle departments, and nursing and ancillary departments to coordinate Patient Access functions and ensure smooth delivery of services. The Supervisor works continually with other departments to improve Patient Access processes and procedures to better serve patient needs.
