- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Records management, Info Governance, Information Systems, Digital Forensics, legal or Nexus Certificate
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- May be required for a final interview
- Implements the system identification and classification scheme, and controlled vocabulary
- Monitors metadata to describe records and documents the preservation process
- Develops and maintains the security classification framework.
- Establishes and manages access control protocols for records and information systems by following an organized and periodic review model.
- Develops and automates policies and procedures according to records and information management best practices and organizational requirements.
- Resolves issues and inconsistencies identified within the storage repository.
- Administers the life cycle retention process including the disposition process (review, qualify, and approve destruction)
- Responds to special access requests from the business for services such as data extraction
- Receives and evaluates reports to assure system is meeting requirements, and requests ad hoc reports as needed
- Assist with the eDiscovery system administration and internal customer training delivery
- Support internal and external partners to oversee end-to-end eDiscovery process
- Performs other duties as required
