- Ascertain needs and qualifications of prospective residents
- Give tours to prospective residents of vacant/model apartments and discuss the size and layout of rooms, as well as any available amenities
- Inform prospective residents of availability of nearby schools, shopping malls, recreational facilities, and public transportation
- Rent apartments, collect security deposit as required, and complete lease documents outlining conditions and terms of occupancy
- Inspect condition of premises periodically and arranges for necessary maintenance
- Compile listings of available rental properties
- Compose and post vacancy advertisements
- Attend and participate in regular meetings and trainings, as assigned
