Job Description:Job OverviewEbenezer Ridges Care Center highlights a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Adult Day Programs, Intergenerational Child Care, Long Term Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital at the I-35E and I-35W split in Burnsville, MN. Come join our team of dedicated employees who share in our mission to help our seniors heal, discover, and educate for longer healthier, more significant lives.Ebenezer Care Center is looking for a housekeeper to provide a clean, safe and cheerful environment for residents, staff and visitors at our senior care facility in Burnsville, MN.Housekeeping position includes:
  • 80 hours every two weeks
  • Day shift
  • Every other weekend

Responsibilities:
  • Cleans resident and common areas of community as assigned, including floor care
  • Assists with light maintenance tasks and cleaning emergency spills as needed
  • Maintains cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Assists residents with laundry as requested
  • Ensures timely and efficient turnover of apartments
  • Performs job duties safely, using accurate body mechanics and protective equipment
  • Promotes a safe environment for staff, residents and visitors
Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently, show attention to detail, multi-task and maintain confidentiality
  • Able to work in varying environmental conditions, along with cleaning human/bodily fluids or waste
  • Able to understand and follow verbal and written communication including policies/procedures and safety sheets.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Work experience in cleaning or similar environment
