
Renewals Manager

- Own the full renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of customers ($50K–$100K ARR)
- Develop and execute proactive renewal and risk mitigation strategies 120+ days before contract expiry
- Analyze contracts, generate accurate renewal quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize value
- Maintain a 120-day rolling forecast and manage pipeline in Salesforce
- Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with Account Managers to drive growth
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and resolve renewal-impacting issues
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Product teams
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements
- Experience in Renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success in a subscription/SaaS business
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding renewal and revenue targets
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and renewal management tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
