Match prospective residents with their perfect home -- this means being well versed with our properties and amenities
Assist Property Manager with the lease renewals process as well as creation and implementation of marketing strategies
Provide exceptional customer service and support through multiple communication channels (phone, email, text)
Learn and comply with all Fair Housing Laws -- (We provide training)
Pivot, roll up your sleeves, and jump in where needed!
Who you are -- We’d love to hear from you if you:
Have previous customer service experience
Are proficient with computer applications and software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, Appfolio, Outlook)
Have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Demonstrate superior attention to detail, high energy and positive attitude Have a high school diploma or GED
