This role is important to enhancing advisor support, client experience while protecting the firm. transforming Operations by being involved in process improvement initiatives and the ability to be inquisitive by development a deep understanding of money movement request.This is a hybrid role with a 3-day-per-week office requirement.Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the understanding the process and systems move money activities including by not limited to Wires, ACHs, Check Disbursements and Check Deposits
  • Analyze move money activity to identify trends where risk may be present or opportunities to improve the process could be addressed
  • Collaborate with internal business partners by taking ownership of escalations and inquiries presented focusing on protecting the firm and providing an exceptional advisor experience
  • Problem solve and conduct research on advisor related questions and escalations using a variety of tools

  • One to two years of experience in Financial Services industry or comparable experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Excel)
Desirable:
  • One to two years of experience in Financial Services industry or comparable experience
  • Understanding of banking and financial services products
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Certification

  • Positive and curious attitude with a willingness to take on difficult and complex situations and see them through to resolution.
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work with and communicate effectively throughout the organization while understanding our advisor’s unique needs
Preferences:
  • Bachelor’s degree; preferably in business, accounting, or finance
  • Banking and operations experience
Pay Range: $16.73-$27.88/hourActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
