This role requires strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of drywall systems, and the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.Key Responsibilities:
  • On-Site Management: Supervise drywall installation projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate subcontractors and labor crews, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Schedule Oversight: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely progress and addressing any delays or issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to guarantee high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between clients, architects, and contractors, facilitating effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, and progress updates.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a focus on drywall projects.
  • Proven experience managing commercial drywall installations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction.
