We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead and oversee on-site operations for high-quality commercial projects in Orlando and Tampa, FL. This position is perfect for someone who residesa in or around Lakeland, FL and can commute to either Tampa or Orlando as well as a hands-on professional who excels in field leadership, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery of projects.
  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion.
  • Schedule and manage subcontractors, materials, and inspections for smooth field operations.
  • Enforce safety standards, conduct site safety meetings, and ensure OSHA compliance.
  • Monitor progress and quality, addressing and resolving on-site issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to execute project plans seamlessly.
  • Maintain daily logs, reports, and documentation of on-site activities.
  • Serve as the primary on-site contact for subcontractors, inspectors, and clients.

  • Has at least 2+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Demonstrates expertise in managing projects in sectors such as office spaces, retail, healthcare, or hospitality.
  • Possesses strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality control practices.
  • Excels in leadership and communication, with the ability to effectively manage teams and subcontractors.
  • Is proficient in construction management software and scheduling tools.
  • Resides in or is willing to relocate to the Tampa, FL area.
