As a member of this team, you will contribute to diverse, high-impact projects, delivering engineering solutions that make a tangible difference in communities and industries.As an Associate Structural Engineer, you'll support project teams with design calculations, modeling, and plan production under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers. You'll apply fundamental engineering principles, learn our standards and workflows, and help produce high-quality deliverables for clients.   • Support design and analysis for structural systems on a wide range of facility projects-healthcare, education, data centers, and more.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to learn best practices and gain hands-on experience in structural design and project delivery.
  • Prepare drawings, models, and calculations using industry-standard tools like Revit and structural analysis software.
  • Assist with project coordination, ensuring designs align with client goals, codes, and quality standards.
  • Participate in site visits to see your designs come to life and learn how projects move from concept to construction.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions in a team environment that values innovation and professional growth.
QualificationsYou are passionate about:

You bring to the team:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering or related field.
  • EIT/FE certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
  • 0-4 years of relevant structural design experience (internships/co-ops count).
  • Working knowledge of Revit and/or AutoCAD; familiarity with structural analysis tools (e.g., RISA, STAAD, SAP2000/ETABS).
  • Basic understanding of building codes and material design standards (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC).
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills; eagerness to learn and take on increasing responsibility.
  • Ability to travel and perform occasional field work in various weather and site conditions.
