- We are seeking a dynamic motivated individual to join our Service team as a Services Intern. Services Internship, CX Designer. This internship offers hands-on experience in various aspects of service delivery and customer support within our organization. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, adaptable, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Assist in providing frontline customer support through various channels. Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases as needed
- Support service delivery processes including scheduling appointments, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely completion of service requests
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to service activities, including service request, customer interactions, and service delivery metrics
- Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure service delivery meets established standards and customer expectations.
- Learn about our products and services to provide effective support and assistance to customers.
- Must be pursing a degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
