
Technical Sales Engineer - Molding & Precision Machining

- 5+ years of experience in the plastics industry, including mold making, to deliver tailored solutions to our clients is necessary
- 2+ years of proven technical sales expertise, ideally gained within a manufacturing environment is also required
- Pay is $75,000 to $120,000 based upon experience
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
- This position is onsite only with no remote work with minimal travel
- Full-time, permanent W-2 employee

- Independently manage and grow relationships with existing customers while developing new accounts
- Plan and organize daily sales activity based on customer needs and opportunities
- Create and deliver sales presentations tailored to the customer's application and technical requirements
- Maintain accurate CRM records and generate customer sales reports
- Generate accurate quotes using appropriate industry language and terms
- Stay current on industry trends and technical knowledge in mold making and injection molding
- Attend industry events and engage with professional networks to promote the company's capabilities
- 5+ years of experience in plastic injection molds, mold making, or the plastics industry
- 2+ years experience in a technical sales or account management role
- Proven ability to meet sales goals, manage client relationships, and close deals
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Comfortable presenting technical information and proposals to engineering and purchasing teams
- A solid work history
- A US citizen or possess a green card
- A residence within 45 minutes of Milwaukee, WI
