Role: Contract Manager
Work Location: Hybrid; This position is primarily remote; however, occasional on-site presence may be required at federal agency offices located in Washington, DC, for meetings, audits, or other contractual obligations.Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contract representative, managing contractual obligations and deliverables.
- Collaborate with the Contracting Officer (CO) and other federal representatives to coordinate contract modifications.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual requirements.
- Oversee invoicing processes, cost management, and financial controls.
- Ensure all contractor activities comply with data security and privacy standards, including HIPAA and FISMA, for handling sensitive information.
- Prepare and submit required documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and quality control reports.
- Designate an alternate Contract Manager to ensure continuity during absences and ensure availability between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, local time zone, Monday through Friday.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited academic institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Trade-off: Master’s Degree with at least4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years managing contracts for federal healthcare programs.
- Proficiency in cost control, invoicing, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and client requirements.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to manage deliverables and interactions with government stakeholders.
