REQUIREMENT:Senior Jira Cloud Developer & Atlassian Solutions Specialist – ITSM Optimization, Workflow Automation & Cloud Migration ExpertAustin, Texas (Remote)---Locals OnlyNeed Overall 10+Years of experience3 References from the recent projects are must.Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8 years of Experience managing Jira Software and ITSM projects, including workflows, permissions, and automations.
  • 5 years of Expert-level proficiency in JQL (Jira Query Language) for building complex queries.
  • 5 years of Experience using Jira REST APIs and scripting languages for custom integrations and enhancements.
  • 5 years of Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to document technical processes clearly
  • 3 years of Hands-on experience with plugins like Script Runner, JMWE, and Email
Preferred:
  • Experience with Jira on-premises to cloud migration (workflows & data).
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Access and basic knowledge of Active Directory & access controls.
Specific Skills:
  • Jira Software & ITSM administration (Jira Cloud).
  • JQL (complex queries).
  • Jira REST APIs, HTML, JavaScript (for customizations & integrations).
  • Plugin expertise: Script Runner, JMWE, Email This Issue.
  • Strong communication & documentation skills.
