Note: This position requires individuals to be on-site up to five days per week at the project site. Work is primarily conducted on an active construction site with heavy equipment and machinery.About the CompanyOur client is a leading global construction consultancy renowned for delivering high-profile, complex and iconic large-scale capital projects. With a strong focus on sustainability and innovation, they are truly at the forefront of their industry.We are currently seeking a talented full-time Document Controller / Information Manager for Life Science, Technology and Industrial Manufacturing projects.Responsibilities
  • Manage the assurance and quality control of documents and artefacts are submitted and stored.
  • Define and deliver information management strategies, standards (ink ISO19650) and processes for client-facing projects and programs.
  • Establish and manage the project/program information management function following the strategy, standards and processes set.
  • Train project/program colleagues in information practices and processes and drive awareness and continuous improvement.
  • Line manage, coach and support the information management team working on the project, as direct and indirect reports.
  • Contribute to global digital center of excellence including body of knowledge, processes, case studies.
  • Contribute to bids in terms of information management strategies and solutions.
  • Contribute to the setup, implementation and development of the Common Data Environment (CDE).
  • Work collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
Qualifications
  • Technical qualifications and certifications.
  • Capital project experience in document control and information management.
  • Experience in change management, project delivery processes, vendor and construction turnover packages, CQV and or PQ/PV documentation administration.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, database management and pertinent EDMS/PMIS software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as exceptional customer service skills.
  • Relevant work experience delivering life sciences or other highly technical projects.
