- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Thursday, 10-hour shifts (No Weekends)
- On-Call Requirement: 1 Holiday A Year, No True Call
- Coordinate admission and discharge processes for efficient patient care.
- Assess and monitor the quality of patient care services in collaboration with the management team.
- Foster teamwork and collaboration among staff members to improve outcomes.
- Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery as needed.
- Implement nursing strategies for employee engagement and development.
- Assist with staff scheduling, inventory control, and equipment management.
- Graduated from an accredited school of Nursing with an Associate's Degree or higher.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or active Compact/Multi-State RN license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of one year of RN experience, including charge nursing experience in the operating room.
- Salary Compensation: $31.00 to $46.00 per hour.
- Shift Differentials: Nights $3.50, On-Call $3.50, Weekends $3.50.
