Also, collaborating with other partners to build the high-level designs and the detailed functional design artifacts that will be used to develop TriZetto products and solutions. Furthermore, serving as a domain expert in all areas of the software development life cycle (i.e., software engineering, quality assurance, and technical communications), assists customer support, sales, and consulting/implementation services.Job Title: Senior Java DeveloperLocation: Mesa, AZ – Hybrid (3 days’ onsite and 2 days’ work from home)Job ID: 00057976351Essential Functions:
  • Design, develop and unit test software components pertaining to the area of assignment within the product, following the standard development & quality processes.
  • Follow the standard configuration management and DevOps processes defined within the team.
  • Participate in the scrum ceremonies.
  • Provide support to quality assurance related activities.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing related activities within and outside the team.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the team.
Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree.Required Experience:Minimum of 4 years' related experience in a software development environment.Technical Competencies:
  • Proficiency in Java and Microservices Architecture.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in cloud-based technologies. Certifications in Azure or AWS preferred.
  • Prior experience using Azure cloud services including APIM, Service Bus preferred.
Behavioral Competencies:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with all levels of management.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to present to all levels of management.
Desired Experience:
  • Experience in facilitation, negotiation, and influencing preferred.
  • Healthcare (Health Plan) industry experience preferred.
