They know their employees are their greatest resource, so they offer benefits and wellness packages to enable a healthy balance between work and life.As the CNC Operator you would perform duties to produce machined parts by setting up and operating CNC machinery, maintaining quality and safety standards, keeping records, and maintaining equipment and supplies.Duties/Responsibilities
  • Properly and safely loads and unloads castings and raw materials in CNC machinery.
  • Set up and operate various Fanuc and Haas machines; vertical, horizontal and multi-axis machines.
  • Uses gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.
  • Understands, interprets and edits G-code programming.
  • Recognizes, deploys and properly uses inserts, fixtures and tooling.
  • Understands and has the ability to perform tool wear offsets.
  • Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery.
  • Reads and interprets blueprints.
Pay and Shift info
  • Starting pay is typically $18 to $22/hour based on experience.
  • 1st shift, M-Th from 5 am-3 pm
  • Temp to hire opportunity with the company.
Skills/Qualifications
  • 2+ year experience in operation of Haas CNC Mills.
  • Experience with touchoffs, gathering tooling, and indicating from start to finish
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Will be subject to pre-employment screening.
