Build relationships with technology partners and influential decision-makers, while actively seeking new opportunities through phone prospecting, partner referrals, networking, and more. Craft compelling proposals, close deals, and provide reliable sales forecasts. Stay ahead of the curve by staying informed on QSR industry trends, positively representing Alliance HCM at industry events, and running a minimum of 4 First Time Appointments weekly to pave the way for transformative partnerships.REQUIREMENTS
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience
  • Experience navigating complex buying groups with multiple decision-makers
  • A strategic mindset coupled with creative problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • A willingness for a minimum of 30% travel to uncover new business opportunities
