- Clinical Leadership and Mentorship:
- Oversee and provide guidance, support, and leadership to a team of clinical therapists.
- Provide expert clinical supervision and mentorship to associate clinicians, fostering their professional growth.
- Conduct thorough performance evaluations to support continuous improvement and professional development.
- Ensure all clinicians consistently meet caseload expectations and uphold the highest standards of clinical care.
- Clinical and Administrative Oversight:
- Maintain a balanced personal caseload of 15-20 clients per week.
- Ensure meticulous monitoring of clinical documentation and adherence to ethical and legal guidelines.
- Cultivate a positive and supportive work environment for all staff.
- Oversee the maintenance of a professional and welcoming office space in Salt Lake City, UT.
- Proactively address clinical and operational concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Conduct insightful interviews with potential candidates, aligning talent with practice values and standards.
- Community and Professional Collaboration:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with fellow mental health providers, and community organizations to expand referral networks and collaborations.
- Represent the practice at networking events, conferences, and professional development opportunities, enhancing community presence.
- Full-time position with a flexible schedule to meet supervisory, clinical, and administrative needs.
- Minimum of 15-20 hours of in-person work per week at our Salt Lake City, UT office.
- Capacity to work with clients and supervisees in both individual and group settings.
- Participation in team meetings and other practice-related activities as required.
- Minimum of two (2) years post-licensure as one of the following:
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
- Proven track record of strong leadership and supervisory skills with experience managing a team of therapists.
- Significant experience providing clinical supervision and training to students and associate clinicians.
- Comprehensive knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and best clinical practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with external providers, university programs, and community resources.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills to oversee clinical operations and ensure compliance with practice standards.
