Job Category: ITJob Description:Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate IT processes through careful testing in order to maximize the benefit of business investments in IT initiatives. Create and maintain efficient automated scripts that utilize clean code and best practice coding standards. Define and understand functional and non-functional requirements and capture business requirements through behavior driven test scripts. Manage and maintain efficiencies in automated script execution and script development through the implementation of automation best practices. Support TAG implementation and testing activities with the automation and execution of key business processes. Conduct research into new technologies including tools, components and frameworks. This position requires 5% domestic/international travel. Role is hybrid within reasonable commuting distance of the Cleveland, OH office. Multiple openings available.Responsibilities:This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H-1B visa.Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and business relationships.Qualifications:REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a closely related field of study and five (5) years of experience as a AEM QA Tester, Programmer Analyst, or related role where required experience gained.SPECIAL SKILLS: Also requires experience in the following:
  • Five (5) years of IT experience;
  • Five (5) years Software Quality Assurance;
  • Four (4) years AEM or equivalent content management tools;
  • Three (3) years automation tools and technologies using Java, Selenium Webdriver, TestNg or equivalent testing tools;
  • Three (3) years manual test execution and automated test creation and execution; and
  • Three (3) years test management tools such as HP ALM, and/or JIRA
