- Reporting to the Director, Revenue Enablement
- Responsible for owning, creating and scaling sales enablement content including playbooks, pitch decks, messaging frameworks, and tools that support the entire revenue organization.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Webflow's go-to-market motions across customer segments, sales roles (AE, SDR, SE, CS, etc.), and geographies.
- Translate product value into field-ready content by partnering closely with Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, and partner organizations.
- Standardize and scale playbooks, plays and messaging for different sales stages and personas, ensuring ease of access, clarity, and adoption.
- Drive content quality and consistency, ensuring all assets are on-brand, aligned with messaging standards, and effective across channels and establish performance metrics and feedback loops to evaluate content effectiveness and make data-informed improvements.
- Lead content governance, auditing, and lifecycle management to ensure accuracy, freshness, and ongoing relevance.
- Support sales readiness for major initiatives including onboarding, product launches, strategic campaigns, and market expansions in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Commute to the San Francisco office on an as-needed-basis to support business priorities (no set hybrid schedule)
- Have 6-8 years of experience in sales, product marketing, or revenue enablement - including 3+ years leading teams.
- Possess a proven track record of driving sales performance through content, sales execution and enablement.
- Have experience working in or supporting complex B2B SaaS enterprise sales cycles - bonus if you've sold or partnered closely with Solutions Engineers.
- Command a deep understanding of both PLG (product-led growth), mid-market and enterprise sales environments.
- Possess outstanding leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience influencing across teams.
- Have a passion for storytelling, sales enablement, and building high-impact programs that scale.
