Duties include, but are not limited to:Computer skills needed, assisting contractors/EmployeesAble to use security applications for access controlFollowing prescribed Standard Operating Procedures for basic and emergency responses utilizing access control, and CCTV monitoringLiaising with security and building management to communicate, escalate, and solve problems with contractors and site employeesComputer literate to use security applications for access controlCreating detailed reports on building activityPatrolling the interior and exterior by foot and mobile at the contract sitePerforming duties in accordance with Post OrdersControlling/restricting access to the propertyResponding to major occurrences with intelligence, speed and accuracyEducation Requirements (Any)High school diploma or equivalentCertification Requirements (All)MD Guard CardAdditional Information / BenefitsQualificationsOnly applicants who have an active Maryland security license will be considered.
