The Senior Finance Manager of OTTAVA Global Franchise Finance will help prioritize investments, craft investment strategies across the enterprise, optimize innovation pipeline, manage product lifecycles and establish and track performance targets.Responsibilities:Provide primary support to the OTTAVA executive leadership and RAD R&D leadershipBuild business cases to optimize investment strategies and track performanceHelp advance portfolio management and resource allocation across innovation pipelineHelp assess and provide leadership trade-offs that are based on strategic prioritization and optimize return on investmentsMaintain portfolio valuation processes including, but not limited to, post-acquisition assessments, in-process R&D analysis, and annual portfolio reviewsSupport consolidation of financials and management review decksAd hoc project support, operational improvement initiatives, and other strategic projectsQualifications:A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required with a major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
