- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchase and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings to effectively position our vehicles in the marketplace.
- Minimum of at least 2 years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of success and achievement of sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for the automotive industry and a desire to succeed.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
