The main responsibilities of the Project Manager will include project management, procurement support, program pipeline management and tracking, and cross team coordination. The Project Manager will also have the opportunity to contribute to the develop of new market scaling strategies and initiatives.Core Responsibilities include:Project Management (approximately 25% of workload): review project deliverables and track project statuses; communicate with project teams regarding deliverable review, status, and pending deliverables; manage relationships with project teams.Contracting & Procurement Support (20%): track contracting actions across different funding sources; coordinate with CLIENT's legal, finance, and program operations teams to move contracting and procurement actions through Client's approval process; maintain templates, timelines, and approval trackers for all Market Scaling procurements.Program Pipeline & Metrics Tracking (15%): collect, organize, and update key program metrics (e.g., number of units in pipeline, disadvantaged communities' participation, incentives committed, support contract budget status) to support the group's objectives and key results and reporting needs; prepare data summaries for internal briefings and external communications; support articulation of project progress and market impact over time;Cross-Team Coordination (15%): schedule and support cross-team meetings, take notes, and track action items and decisions; help ensure alignment with utility programs like the NYS Clean Heat program.Budget & Financial Tracking (10%): maintain real-time projections of funding commitments expenditures across Market Scaling initiatives; provide monthly reporting on budget status to the team lead and client finance; identify risks of under- or over-spending and flag corrective needs.Documentation & Knowledge Management (10%): work with program staff on developing programs standard operating procedures and maintaining organization of SharePoint libraries, OneDrive folders, and other project management platforms, and ensure program documents are current and logically structured; assist with drafting memos, internal presentations, and process documents; maintain updated Asana workplans in coordination with team members.Additional support that contributes to the key outcomes of the Neighborhood Scale Transformation team (5%): support emerging team priorities, process improvement, or new program ramp-up as needed.
