Job Type: Full-TimeWe're seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our Shipping & Receiving team in Sumner, WA. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in inventory management, order picking, customer service, and will call operations. If you're skilled with both stand-up and sit-down forklifts and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to load/unload trailers and move materials throughout the warehouseReceive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying packing slips and quantitiesPrepare and stage outgoing shipments based on daily schedulesPerform inventory checks, assist with cycle counts, and maintain accurate recordsPick orders and support will call operations with professionalism and attention to detailProvide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholdersMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentUse scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movementCommunicate clearly with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operationsRequirements:Proven experience operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts (certification preferred or ability to certify upon hire)Strong background in shipping, receiving, and warehouse operationsExperience with inventory management, order picking, customer service, and will callAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shiftBasic computer or scanner experience for inventory trackingDependable, punctual, and team-orientedPay Details: $24.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
