- Gather data and other information as requested
- Present company specific information to internal and external groups
- Coordinate all Intern onsite and offsite events and events for various groups throughout the Company
- Opportunity to observe the interview process for various groups throughout Talent Acquisition
- Work with recruiters to determine final status of candidate's application
- Perform other duties and presentations as assigned or required
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related
- Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business group
- Strong analytical skill
- Comfortable with public speaking
- Proficient communication and presentation skills
- Adequate event planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Ability to work onsite at our Indianapolis Headquarters location, unless otherwise directed by hiring manager
- Ability to work up to 40 hours per week with a minimum of 20 hours for spring and fall interns
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
