Better World Builders is Hiring Full Time Home Retrofit/Weatherization Crew Members!
$15 - $23 per hour depending on experience level.The Position: Production Crew:
  • The work is hard and fulfilling.

Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation and a valid, current Driver’s License - Chauffer’s License preferred.
  • Pass a Background Check and Drug Screen.
  • The ability to work in small, tight places with a respirator.
  • The ability to work in varying hot or cold environments.
  • The ability to lift at least 25 lbs. for sustained periods of time.

We offer PREMIUM PAY for the following experience:
  • Working in attics, basements and/or crawlspaces.
  • Insulation or spray foam work.
  • Ladder work or roof work.
  • Hand tool and power tool knowledge and experience.
  • Chauffer's license; truck and trailer driving.
  • HVAC, ductwork, heat pumps, electrical or plumbing.
  • Door, window, siding installation.
  • Energy Audit experience.
