- Greet visitors and staff with warmth and courtesy, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Assist with data entry and documentation as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to relay messages and handle inquiries accurately.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.
- Provide support during virtual meetings or interviews, ensuring proper setup and communication.
- Utilize basic Microsoft Office Suite for correspondence and documentation tasks.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and handling inbound calls effectively.
- Familiarity with switchboard operations, managing up to 10 phone lines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with visitors and team members.
- Ability to work part-time hours across Monday to Thursday, with flexibility for scheduling.
- Competence in using basic Microsoft Office Suite software for administrative tasks.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Detail-oriented demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality in the workplace.
