  • Respond promptly and professionally to online inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate, detailed information about Audi vehicles, features, and current offers.
  • Schedule showroom appointments and test drives, ensuring a smooth handoff to Sales Associates.
  • Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and lead activity within the CRM system.
  • Support sales performance by tracking lead conversions and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Leverage tools such as Mastermind and service drive data to generate new business opportunities.
  • Ensure Audi Tacoma's online presence and listings remain current, accurate, and engaging.
