Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
$18.75/hr to start, with a raise to $19.50/hr after 90 days
Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential

Note: Scheduled year-end shutdown from 12/22/25 to 1/01/26. Unpaid days (12/22, 12/23, 12/29, 12/30) can be covered using available PTO.Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to internal departments
Manage scheduling, document handling, and communications
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
Support basic reporting and data entry tasks
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Bilingual Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Fluent in English and Spanish
1+ year of office or administrative experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Willing to submit to a drug test and background check
