We don't just manufacture doors we create custom architectural pieces that require precision, care, and expert handling. We're looking for a Shipping Crate Assembler who is hands-on, detail-focused, and ready to play a key role in ensuring our custom doors reach their destination safely and securely.Key Responsibilities:Assemble custom wood shipping crates for high-end doors of various sizes and designs.Measure, cut, and construct crates using saws, nail guns, drills, and other tools.Ensure all crates meet safety and quality standards to protect products during transit.Work closely with the production and logistics teams to meet shipping schedules.Inspect finished crates for durability, accuracy, and proper labeling.Qualifications:Experience using hand and power tools in a manufacturing, carpentry, or warehouse setting.Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.Ability to read measurements and use basic math.Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.Prior experience in crate building, carpentry, or shipping is a plus but not required.What We Offer:Competitive hourly pay with opportunities for overtimeHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysOn-the-job training and opportunities for advancementA team-oriented environment where quality and craftsmanship matterCOM527
