Sales Project Manager

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and vendors
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, install, purchasing) and external stakeholders
- Prepare accurate bids and sales proposals; assist with presentations and quoting
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and generate progress reports
- Monitor quality and ensure compliance with safety and installation standards
- 3+ years of experience in project management or sales support in the construction or building materials industry
- Knowledge of door and fireplace systems (or similar product categories) preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana), and basic CAD familiarity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a team-based environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to local job sites occasionally
