As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients both in person and on the phone. Your role is vital in creating exceptional client experiences that help retain customers and foster agency growth.Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and professionally in person and on the phone
- Manage incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, take notes, and engage effectively
- Schedule appointments, process payments, and assist with claims and billing inquiries
- Collaborate with agency team members to ensure smooth customer service experiences
- Maintain compliance with insurance industry standards and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
