- Create and manage a steady cadence of activities to engage Ambassadors via Community hub (e.g., surveys, LinkedIn shares, article upvotes) in collaboration with internal teams.
- Partner with community members to brainstorm ideas, content concepts, and other self-led projects.
- Re-engage lapsed ambassadors through 1:1 outreach, surfacing unique ways to reintroduce them into the program. Add new members and facilitate offboarding as needed.
- Act as a primary point of contact for ambassadors, responding to support needs, sharing updates, and facilitating communication between members and all cross functional teams.
- Coordinate monthly Brown Bag community sessions, balancing product-led and ambassador-driven topics. Manage calendar invites and logistics.
- Support Beta testing and larger research efforts by coordinating ambassador participation.
- Liaise with PR teams to identify and coordinate ambassador involvement in media-facing opportunities.
- Partner with PMMs and evangelists to ensure ambassador enablement materials and program resources are current and accessible.
- Track ambassador participation across events, social content, research, and PR initiatives. Work with operations lead to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Maintain and update ambassador program reporting, including internal decks and the quarterly newsletter.
- Share bite-sized program updates and success stories with internal Acrobat and Outbound teams to highlight community impact.
- Manage MAX event deliverables-overseeing logistics, attendee experience, deliverable tracking, and post-event reporting.
- Monitor progress against quarterly goals and ensure alignment across teams and initiatives.
- 5+ years' experience in community management, program coordination/management, or operations.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple streams of work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable being a connector between internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-starter who can work independently, troubleshoot issues, and keep projects on track.
- Familiarity with community engagement tactics and tools like Slack, Airtable, Outlook, and Adobe products is a plus.
- A love for Adobe's community and understanding of Adobe products and services.
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat, Creative Cloud, and Generative AI tools and services is a bonus
