This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated superintendent looking to contribute to impactful residential communities and advance their career with a trusted builder.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily on-site construction activities and ensure progress aligns with the project scheduleConduct and lead weekly subcontractor meetings to maintain communication and accountabilityEnsure all work meets construction documents, building codes, and project specificationsDevelop and manage construction timelines, adjusting as needed to meet milestonesCoordinate efforts with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholdersPerform regular site inspections to monitor quality and identify potential risksResolve field conflicts and provide consistent on-site leadership to crewsCollaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to address design and construction issuesMaintain accurate project records, including daily logs, reports, and change ordersTrack costs, control budgets, and implement financial efficiency practicesConduct daily safety walks and lead weekly tailgate safety meetings to ensure complianceRequirementsMinimum of 7 years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily constructionStrong working knowledge of ground-up and large-scale residential projectsProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Excel, and WordAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specificationsStrong leadership, time management, and conflict resolution skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlinesBudgeting and cost tracking experience requiredFamiliarity with estimating software is a plusCompensation + Benefits401(k) retirement plan with employer matchComprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance coveragePaid time off and company holidaysOpportunities for career advancement and continued professional development
