- Design, Engineer, integrate, and modernize AV components such as Crestron, vBrick, MS Teams, etc.
- Developing block diagrams and logic flow charts.
- Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation.
- Collaborate with component and directorate leaders to define technical requirements for priority data-analytics use-cases, ensuring agile execution.
- Translates detailed design into computer software.
- Tests, debugs and refines the computer software to produce the required product.
- Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation. Enhances software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency.
- Provides technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met.
- Demonstrated communication skills with the highest levels of management.
- Successful working knowledge and supervision of employees across various labor categories and skills.
- Knowledge of IP and optical network operation.
- Understanding of DoD network and system security requirements.
- Experience with help desk support and operation.
- Knowledge of networking and network-based software applications.
- Demonstrated experience in a DoD IT environment.
- Required experience: 5 years
- Education: BA/BS in a technical discipline
